ok, first things first; you will need the following tools :
Tool1 - MKV Extract GUI
Tool2 - Subtitle Workshop
Tool3 - AVI Mux GUI
Tool4 - AutoGK
(they are all freewares)
You can download them
Code: http://www.mediafire.com/?0s1hswmld4b
You can download AutoGK
Code: http://www.autogk.me.uk/modules.php?name=Downloads
note : the first download link only includes Tools 1,2 & 3. Tool 4 has to be downloaded seperately.

-You select the file under “input”.
-Then you sepcify your “Output” location.
-Under “Content”, check the 3 main components;
which is the audio, video and subtitle file.

When done, the 3 main files should look like this :
In this stage, you will convert the “Subtitle” file into “.srt” format so that
AutoGK will be able to read it.
-Now, fire up Subtitle Workshop.
-Load the subtitle file that you just extracted. (only if the subtitle file is not .srt)
(optional : you can edit the subtitle if u find any mistakes and such…)
-Now, go to File and select “Save As”.
-Find for the “SubRip” format and double-click it.
This is what the new subtitle file should look like :
In this stage, you will join the video file with the subtitle file.
-Now, fire up AutoGK, input the “Video File” (track1.avi)
-Press CTRL + F8 to show the subtitle file.
-Input the “Subtitle File” (.srt)
-And input where you want to save your files in the “Output File”
-Select the Filesize.
-Press CTRL + F9 to bring up the “Hidden” Menu.
-Check “.aspect” and check “Original”.
-Press OK.
Now, Click “Add Job” and “Start”.
When done, it will look like this :

In this stage, you will join the NEW Video File (video+sub”Track1_agk”) with the Audio file(Track2.mp3)
-Drag & Drop them and click “generate data source from files” for each files.
